A. Definitions

• “Agreement” means these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or notices we publish for a specific Service.
• “Service” means Royia’s games, applications, software, websites (if any), and related services.
• “Website” means any Royia-owned web page that links to these Terms.
• “User”, “you”, and “your” mean the person using the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
• “Royia”, “we”, and “us” mean Royia and our affiliates, contractors, licensors, and team members working on the Service.
• “Content” means anything made available through the Service (text, images, audio, video, software, features, designs, etc.).
• “User-Generated Content” means Content you submit, upload, or make available through the Service (if a Service supports it).

B. Accounts and Access

Some Royia games/apps do not require accounts. If an account is available, these terms apply.

1) Required Information

If the Service offers account creation, you may be asked for an email address, username, and/or other identifiers. Any additional information is optional unless needed for a feature you request or for billing.

2) Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If we learn you are under the required age, we may restrict or terminate access.

3) Account Security

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account (if applicable).
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) Third-Party Terms

Your use of the Service may also be subject to third-party terms (for example, Google Play, Ad networks, analytics providers, or social login providers). Those third parties control their own services and policies.

C. Acceptable Use

Use the Service in good faith, follow the law, and do not harm other users or the Service.

1) Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.

2) Content Restrictions

You agree you will not upload, post, transmit, or make available any content that:

• is unlawful or promotes unlawful activity;
• is sexually explicit, obscene, or exploitative;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, or encourages violence against individuals or groups;
• is deceptive, fraudulent, or involves phishing or scams;
• contains malware, exploits, or attempts to compromise devices, accounts, or systems;
• infringes any intellectual property or other rights of any party;
• exploits or sexualizes children (strictly prohibited).

We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe there is abuse, and we may cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

3) Conduct Restrictions

While using the Service, you agree you will not:

• harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others;
• attempt to disrupt or overload the Service or bypass security measures;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity;
• collect personal information about others without consent.

4) Automated Use / Scraping

You may not scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated methods for spam, profiling, or resale. Limited automated access for research/archival purposes may be allowed where it is lawful and respects privacy and security.

D. User-Generated Content

1) Responsibility

If the Service allows you to submit content, you are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and any consequences of posting it.

2) Moderation

We do not have to pre-screen content, but we may remove or restrict content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3) Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you create (“Your Content”). However, to operate the Service, you grant Royia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content within the Service, including making backups and technical copies.

If you share content publicly through the Service, you also grant other users a limited license to access and view that content through the Service.

4) Moral Rights

To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to assert moral rights (such as attribution/integrity) in a way that prevents us from operating the Service (for example, resizing images or formatting content for display).

E. Copyright / Takedown Requests

If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, contact us with the details so we can review and take appropriate action. Misrepresenting infringement claims may have legal consequences.

F. Intellectual Property

Royia owns the Service and our original content. We give you a limited permission to use it for personal, non-commercial gameplay and enjoyment.

1) Royia Rights

The Service (including code, artwork, audio, UI, and design) is owned by Royia or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2) Limited License to You

Subject to these Terms, Royia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it unless we give you written permission.

G. Advertising

Some Services may show advertisements (including rewarded ads). You agree that ads may be displayed as part of the Service. You must not use the Service for spam or abusive promotion.

H. Purchases and Payments

Purchases are handled by the app store (e.g., Google Play). We do not store your payment card details.

1) Pricing

Prices and available items are shown in the store listing or in the app. Prices may change over time.

2) Billing and Refunds

Payments and refunds are governed by the policies of the platform provider (such as Google Play). Except where required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable.

3) Virtual Items

Virtual currency/items have no real-world value and are not transferable outside the Service. We may change, rebalance, or remove virtual items where necessary to operate the Service.

I. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or engaged in unlawful behavior.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.

J. Communications

We may communicate with you electronically (for example, in-app notices, store listing updates, or email if you contact support). We do not provide phone support.

K. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

L. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Royia’s total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Royia (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by law.

M. Release and Indemnification

You are responsible for your use of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royia from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

N. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting an updated version and updating the “Last updated” date). Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

O. Miscellaneous

1) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence to the extent required by consumer protection law. Otherwise, these Terms may be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Royia operates, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

If you want a specific jurisdiction (e.g., “Vietnam” or “California”), tell me and I’ll lock it in.

2) Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

3) No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

4) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional in-app rules, form the entire agreement between you and Royia regarding the Service.
